Advocate Health is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, it was created when Advocate Aurora Health and Atrium Health merged on December 2, 2022. It operates facilities in 6 states in the United States.

History

On December 2, 2022, Advocate Health was created when Advocate Aurora Health and Atrium Health merged.[2][3][4]

In early March 2024, Advocate Health became a founding member of Trustworthy and Responsible AI Network.[5][6] In late March, it sold Maryland based Senior Helpers to Waud Capital, the amount that the private equity firm payed is not known.[7][8]
