A.J. Williams, known professionally as Prod by A.J. Williams, is an American music producer. He is known for his work with artists including DC the Don, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, Denzel Curry, and King Bach.

A.J. Williams, known professionally as Prod by A.J. Williams, is an American music producer. He has contributed to projects by DC the Don, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, Denzel Curry, and King Bach.[1][2]

Early life and family

Williams was born into an entertainment-industry family. His mother, Anna Fantastic, is an English singer and actress known for collaborating with Prince on the 1988 album Lovesexy. His father, Craig J. Williams, is a producer and filmmaker who worked with artists such as Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg, and R. Kelly during the early Death Row Records era. His sister, Star Williams, is a singer-songwriter, actress, and multi-instrumentalist.

At age 18, he began mentorship under Grammy-winning engineer and producer Anthony Kilhoffer, known for his collaborations with Kanye West.[1]

Career

Williams produced several songs for rapper DC the Don including "Will You Be Mine", "Satellite", "Knock Me Off My Feet", and "God Level".

In 2025, he co-produced "Shyne" with Anthony Kilhoffer and Tuss for Travis Scott’s compilation *JackBoys 2*, featuring GloRilla. He also produced "Black Ops" for a collaboration between Kid Cudi and Denzel Curry.[3]

Williams later worked with entertainer King Bach on the single "Run Mi Money".
