The 2025 Camarillo, California ICE raid was an immigration enforcement raid by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and federal agents.

On July 10, 2025, a raid in Camarillo, California led to over 200 people being detained[1] and one farm worker, Jaime Alanis Garcia died after he fell roughly 30 feet while attempting to evade ICE agents.[2][3]

The Trump administration alleges that children were found at a cannabis farm that was raided by immigration forces.[4] They also claimed without confirmation that shots were fired at them during the raid.[5] Professor Jonathan Caravello, was detained, after aiding a protester.[6][7] George Retes, a disabled veteran, acting as a security guard, was detained.[8]
