2023 NBA season may refer to:

2022–23 NBA season, featuring the Denver Nuggets defeating the Miami Heat, 4–1, in the 2023 NBA Finals. This season also saw LeBron James' become the NBA's all-time leading scorer, surpassing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who held the record for 39 years, on February 7, 2023. Joel Embiid won his lone regular season MVP award.

2023–24 NBA season, featuring the Boston Celtics defeating the Dallas Mavericks, 4–1, in the 2024 NBA Finals. Nikola Jokic won the third of his three regular season MVP awards. This season also featured the debut of the NBA Cup In-Season Tournament, in which the Los Angeles Lakers won the inaugural edition of over the Indiana Pacers.
