2011 Tunbridge Wells Borough Council election

The 2011 Tunbridge Wells Borough Council election was held on Thursday 5 May 2011 to elect 17 members to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, the same day as other local elections in the United Kingdom. It elected approximately one-third of the council to a four-year term, including 16 regularly-scheduled elections and a by-election in Brenchley and Horsmonden. It was preceded by the 2010 election and followed by the 2012 election. The Conservative Party held control of the council.[1] Turnout across the wards up for election was 46.2%.[2]

  1. ^ The ward of Brenchley and Horsmonden was up for a by-election following the resignation of incumbent councillor Marcella Callow, who was last elected in the 2008 election.[7]
