Good article reassessment for Draft:War over Mountainous Armenia (1921)
[edit]The War for Mountainous Armenia was an armed conflict between the self-proclaimed Republic of Mountainous Armenia, led by Garegin Nzhdeh, and Soviet-backed forces including the Red Army, Azerbaijan SSR, Armenian Bolsheviks, and irregular Kemalist Turkish units. The conflict took place from April to July 1921 in the mountainous region of Syunik (also known as Zangezur), an area of strategic importance in southern Armenia. The article Seruantztian has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Tagged as Unreferenced and unimproved for 15 and 1/2 years. Tagged as not notable for 7 months. No other language has a sourced article from which to translate. Nothing on Google books nor scholar.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

The DCWC is back!
[edit]
WikiProject Armenia, the Developing Countries WikiContest will be returning for a second year, and sign-ups are now open! The contest will run from 1 July to 30 September, and the objective remains the same: improve as many articles relating to developing countries as you can to help fight systemic bias on Wikipedia.
In other news, we have a new face on the coordinator team this year: last year's sixth-place finisher, Arconning (talk · contribs)! The coordinators would like to extend a sincere thanks to Ixtal (talk · contribs), who is leaving the team, without whom the contest would not exist. After feedback from contestants last year, the scoring rules are undergoing some modifications; the new rules and a summary of the changes made will be posted to the contest talk page shortly.
If you have any questions, please leave a message on the contest talk page, use the {{@DCWC coordinators}} template, or contact one of the coordinators: Arconning (talk · contribs), sawyer777 (talk · contribs), or TechnoSquirrel69 (talk · contribs).
