Slovak translation
[edit]I wanted to check if you are maybe also working on/with the Slovak language version of the project directly, especially related to translations? I created short article under the title Ján Kollár Gymnasium and Students' Home about high school in Vojvodina. There are many other topics related to our Slovak communities in Serbia and eastern Croatia, yet I unfortunately don't know Slovak language. I nevertheless believe it may be interesting for Slovak language readers. Unfortunately, I was unable to identify "Local Embassy" or some similar foreign languages page on Slovak Wikipedia.--MirkoS18 (talk) 09:35, 19 July 2024 (UTC)

The European Destubathon
[edit]Project members are invited to participate in The European Destubathon in April. Almost $3000 in Amazon voucher prizes, including a prize for articles from your project, which can be used to buy books for content, though it can also be treated as an editathon if you're not interested in competing! Minimum content to be added to each article just to ensure that they're over a stub, though longer expansions also welcome. Entries at the end of the contest will be tipped into the 50,000 Destubbing Challenge and European Challenge. Previous contests were really enjoyable and I'm hoping this one will be too! Sign up if interested. Thanks! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:46, 10 March 2025 (UTC)

Hello. Project members are invited to participate in The World Destubathon. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It will be held from Monday June 16 - Sunday July 13. There is $3338 going into it, with $500 the top prize. If you are interested in winning some vouchers to help you buy books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for your project, sign up if interested.♦ Dr. Blofeld 10:28, 31 May 2025 (UTC)
