There is a lot of caste-related disruption from that very large and very dynamic range. Filter is going to get a lot of hits, but it's an alternative to blocking the whole range (which is still on the table). Regarding the attempted edit in this report, there are too many issues with the edit to call it a false positive, but I would agree with the IP editor that the article has serious sourcing issues, which I've made a first pass at.
