encouraging the senior author's early training.

The Oregonian on Dec. 19, 2006. obituaries - Anne Bohlen Anne was honored by being named Oregon's Biology Teacher of the Year in 1972. One of her students went on to study at Harvard... In honor of his teacher, Anne Bohlen, who encouraged him when he was a student at Franklin High School, he named the species Bohlenia Americana.
