Please add a non-breaking space   before the tag <sup> in the last list item "accounts^(meta)" → "accounts^(meta)", like so: Special:Diff/1274885732/1275069918. I'd like to suggest changing

* [{{fullurl:Special:ListUsers|limit=1&username={{urlencode:{{{1|Example}}}}}|QUERY}} User rights]

to

* [[Special:UserRights/{{{1|Example}}}|User rights]]

for a few reasons:

It's cleaner, shorter, and uses a standard wikilink
Special:UserRights shows the user's current rights (example) as Special:ListUsers does, so no loss of functionality, but additionally provides a history of rights changes, which can be useful
Special:UserRights doesn't have the unnecessarily long paragraph at the top that describes what users are – if you're on a contributions page clicking a link called "User rights", you probably know this already
