Outdated volume number

[edit]

According to the Huffington Post source[1], the President now has a volume of 54,000 cubic feet (1,500 m3). This is less precise than the current number, however, and if anyone has more accurate data, it would be greatly appreciated. Friecode (talk)

The standard measurement for Goant Sequoia is trunk (bole) volume. The 54,000 cu ft measurement includes wood in the branches. See Talk:List of largest giant sequoias#Altering order of list based on Stephen Sillett measurements for more information. —hike395 (talk) 07:16, 2 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
