Cultures without fathers

[edit]

Are there some cultures where the biological father doesn't play a role in the children's life at all? For example, where it would be the responsibility of the mother and her brothers, or where everyone is promiscuous and children are cared for by the mother and the community as a whole? 50.195.26.241 (talk) 15:21, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I am removing this file from the article because User:Yann seems to be adding it solely to justify an out-of-process keep closure on Wikimedia Commons (after earlier overturning my valid deletion close without any discussion). This is a poor-quality vanity picture of User:Elshad Iman (Elşad İman), who is indefinitely blocked from 3 Wikimedia sites for sock puppetry and conflict of interest editing. The current lead picture in this article is sufficient and we don't need Yann's proxying here. Please do not restore this file unless there is a consensus of uninvolved editors that this file belongs here. IronGargoyle (talk) 22:49, 24 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
