Richard L. Zellmann is a United States Army major general. As of 2025[update], he serves as the deputy combined joint force space component commander of the United States Space Command. He previously served as the command's deputy director for operations.[1][2][3][4][5]
In September 2023, Zellman was nominated for promotion to major general[6] and promoted in December.[1]
