From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(Redirected from Pizza pugliese)

Focaccia pugliese is an Italian dish. It is named after the region of Apulia (also known as Puglia).[1] It differs from focaccia genovese, the more widely-known variety of focaccia, in that it incorporates potatoes in the dough, and is often topped with tomatoes and olives.[2]
