Nockowa [nɔt͡sˈkɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Iwierzyce, within Ropczyce-Sędziszów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 km (2 mi) south-east of Iwierzyce, 14 km (9 mi) south-east of Ropczyce, and 16 km (10 mi) west of the regional capital Rzeszów.
It is the hometown of Pieczone pierogi św. Jacka ("baked pierogi of St. Hyacinth"), recognized by the Polish government as a traditional product.[2]
