The University of Constantine 1 (Arabic: جامعة قسنطينة 1), also known as University of Brothers Mentouri Constantine 1, is a public university located in Constantine, Algeria. Designed by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, the university was established in 1969.[1][2][3]
