Mamaison Collection (formerly Mamaison Hotels & Residences) is a premium hotel brand specializing in boutique and lifestyle accommodations that combine luxury, comfort, and personalized service. Mamaison is managed by CPI Hotels, the largest hotel operator in the Czech Republic, which has a strong presence across Central and Eastern Europe and is currently led by CEO Ing. Jan Kratina. CPI Hotels is part of the larger CPI Property Group, a leading real estate investment company focused on hospitality and commercial properties.

Founded in 1991 by Jean-François Ott and Nicolas Tommasini as part of the ORCO Group, Mamaison has established a reputation for quality and exclusivity. In 2014, CPI Hotels acquired the brand, expanding its footprint in the luxury hotel segment across Europe.

The Mamaison Collection currently comprises 9 properties located in prime city areas, very close to the city centers of key cities such as Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, and Bratislava. Each property offers a unique atmosphere with tailored services catering to both business and leisure travelers, including fully equipped residences, fine dining options, wellness facilities, and meeting spaces.

History

Jean-Francois Ott founded ORCO in 1991. The first Mamaison hotel, Hotel Andrassy in Budapest, was purchased in 1999 along with Residence Masaryk, designed for extended stays.

Between 2001 and 2004, ORCO acquired and opened several hotels and residences across Central Europe, including Pachtuv Palace and Hotel Imperial in the Czech Republic, Le Regina in Warsaw, and Residence Sulekova in Bratislava. In 2007, Mamaison opened its first all-suite hotel in Moscow.

The first CEO of Mamaison was Nicolas Tommasini, who, alongside Ott, helped develop the group throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
