Madison Horn

Madison Horn is an American businesswoman, cybersecurity expert, and political figure. She has run for elected office multiple times in her home state of Oklahoma.[1]

Early life and education

Horn was raised in Stilwell, Oklahoma. She is a citizen of Cherokee Nation.[2]

Career

Horn started her career working odd jobs before being hired by a cybersecurity firm and working her way to more prominent roles at companies like Accenture and Siemens.[3] In 2023, she was named CEO of Critical Fault.[4] As of 2025, Horn is the CEO of RoseRock Advisory Group.[1]

Political activity

Horn has stated that she identified as a Republican "much longer" than she had been a Democrat, expressing her frustration with partisan politics.[5][6] Horn has also run for office on platforms of protecting U.S. technology and national security.[7][1][8]

In 2022, Horn ran for the U.S. Senate as a "conservative Democrat."[9][10] Horn won the runoff election for the Democratic nomination in August 2022.[11] She lost the general election to James Lankford.[12]

In 2024, Horn ran to represent Oklahoma's fifth Congressional district in Congress.[6] She lost to Stephanie Bice.[13]

Personal life

Despite sharing a last name, Horn is not related to former Congresswoman Kendra Horn, also of Oklahoma.[12]
