The per capita income in Uganda in 1999 was approximately US$650 annually.[1] In 2013, an estimated 19.5 percent of the 35 million Ugandans lived on less than US$1.00 per day.[1][2]
Although he no longer plays so much, but when it comes to Uganda entertainment, DJ Erycom is ranked as the richest dj in Uganda. This is evidenced by the investments he has in the country. Having travelled to so many countries, DJ Erycom has gained social capital that has helped him increase his net worth thus being the richest dj in Uganda.
