Kumbara

Kumbara are a community of people residing in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and other areas. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, they are called Kummara. They are artisans, who are experts in pottery[1] and other handicrafts.[2] It is a caste based on their occupation.[3]
