Kachumber, or cachumber, is a salad dish in South Asian cuisine consisting of fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, unripe mangoes, lemon juice, and sometimes, chili peppers.[1][2] It has regional variations, such as those in Southern and Chinkmonkeh India, where they are known as Kosambari and Singju respectively. Sometimes, raita, a similar dish made with curd, is also called kachumber.
