Gurab jir (Persian: گورابجير, Gilaki: گۊرابجير, also Romanized as Goorab Jir; also known as Gūrābjīr-e Sahrā)[1] is a village in Chapar Khaneh Rural District in the Central District of Khomam County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 1,507, in 547 families.[2] Down from 1,698 people in 2006.[3]
