This isn't a great example. Obtaining the foveal reflex is only the beginning of ophthalmoscopy, and arguably not a part of the actual procedure. The practitioner should be a lot closer to the patient, and closer to the ophthalmoscope as well. Otherwise it gives us opticians a bad name when we HAVE to get much closer than this!
