Non-free use rationale

Hi Jamspandex. I've moved your post from the file's page to the file's talk since file talk pages are the place to ask a question about a file. The file has a non-free use rationale, but it was lacking a copyright license (a license isn't the same thing as a non-free use rationale), but I've added that for you by adding the license {{Non-free album cover}} to the file's page.

In addition, thank you for providing a link to the source where you found the image. A link to a website actually showing the album over being used is much better than a WP:WIKILINK to the Wikipedia article about the record company you intially provided because it makes it easier to verify the album cover's copyright status; furthermore, a link to a website like Discogs or the record company or artist's official website is still even better than a direct link just showing the image because it makes verification of copyright status even easier. -- Marchjuly (talk) 11:53, 14 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
