Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Bozovici, potrivit anexei nr. 1.2, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tripartit.În primul câmp, pe fond albastru, se află un peşte, de argint, înotând spre dreapta.În câmpul al doilea, pe fond argintiu, se află două prune în culori naturale, unite printr-o codiţă, având o frunză verde spre stânga.În câmpul inferior, pe fond roşu, se află trei albine, de aur, dispuse două la una.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Peştele (păstrăvul) reprezintă bogăţia piscicolă a zonei, în localitate existând şi o păstrăvărie.Albinele reprezintă o importantă îndeletnicire a locuitorilor, şi anume apicultura.Prunele simbolizează bogăţia pomicolă a zonei.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
