Summary
[edit]This a photograph of June Havoc at the Cannon Crossing development that she created in Cannondale, CT. The photograph was purchased from a private individual who had received the photo from Ms. Havoc with her autograph in 1987. The photograph was apparently used by Ms. Havoc to promote the Cannon Crossing development. This photograph is to be used to show Ms. Havoc in the setting of the development that she created. Research has revealed that this photograph has been published in a newspaper as early as 1980 without any copyright notice. Any copyright holder would be Ms. Havoc or the unknown photographer. The use of the photograph is minimal, because it will only be used in the section of personal history to illustrate her creation of Cannon Crossing, and it is used in the acceptable resolution. A comparable photo cannot be created or duplicated, as Ms. Havoc has been deceased since March 28, 2010. The copyright tag for this photo is
