English: Today's main objective was to get some shots of GBRF operations on the Foxton to barrington freight-only branch in Cambridgeshire. This involves loaded spoil trains arriving from Willesden via the ECML & Royston and then propelling backwards over the level crossing into the exchange sidings at Foxton. The loco then runs round, ready to head down the branch to the loading pad. Meanwhile the discharged early-morning train comes up the branch into the exchange sidings and then heads off directly to Cambridge where it runs round and heads down the West Anglia mainline through Bishops Stortford back to Willesden. There are three ungated level crossings on the branch, two worked by GBRF and one by Cemex, which makes for some very interesting shots!
