Description
English: E 66 in February 1906 at Petone Workshops in the Hutt Valley of New Zealand. This is the first photo taken of the locomotive after the completion of its construction, according to E. J. McClare on page 96 of Steam Locomotives of New Zealand, Part Two: 1900-1930 (Wellington: New Zealand Railway and Locomotive Society, 1988).
