English: Subdued shoulder sleeve insignia of the 6th Separate Mechanised Brigade
Українська: Нарукавний знак 6-ї окремої механізованої бригади Збройних Сил України в Іраку

Затвердженим був тільки захисний варіант емблеми: на щиті піщаного кольору з коричневою облямівкою розташована частина розробленого в 2003 р. за проектом Л. Матяша знака "Миротворець Збройних Сил України" (схрещені меч та лаврова гілка сірого кольору), у нижній частині – гренада такого ж сірого кольору, з нанесеним на ній номером бригади коричневого кольору.

Пізніше, на початку лютого, було узгоджено кольоровий варіант емблеми: малиновий щит з жовтою облямівкою, меч та лаврова гілка білого кольору, гренада жовтого кольору з цифрою малинового кольору.
