suggestion: name and cite the NY state bill

[edit]

The draft says, "he authored a bill for the New York State Legislature on the topic of reforming the state's psychiatric institutions, which was subsequently passed and signed by Governor Rockefeller." Could you give the bill's name and legislative numerical code, and cite it? Based on the Museum of Disability History timeline, maybe it was the Mental Hygiene Facilities Improvement Fund (MHFIF) bill, or the 1966 amendment to Section 4707 of New York State's Education Law?

I found a possible source in the Rockefeller Archive Center, though you'd have to pay USD$25 to get it digitized. Sumana Harihareswara 15:58, 2 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Penn-Central merger cases?

[edit]

I noticed one of the two Supreme Court cases you mention is the Penn-Central merger cases. I checked Wikisource and the Cornell Law archive, and neither list of attorneys mentions Campbell. Could you clarify? Sumana Harihareswara 16:41, 2 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

It would be tedious, but searching for Campbell's name in the relevant year journals of the Supreme Court might help. Sumana Harihareswara 16:42, 2 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
