Possibilities:

No dab - but the current undab'd spot is a redirect to a person with the last name of Castelvecchi; this would require additional actions as well.
Castelvecchi (locality)
Castelvecchi, Tuscany
Castelvecchi, Italy

I think the undab'd first possibility is best, but there are about a dozen incoming links that would need adjustment.
