Music video is directed by Surf Curse founding members Nick Rattigan and Jacob Rubeck. It features the band playing the song in a 1960s tv setting with color. It also features a appearance from Max Knight

Sugar is the first single since 2019’s Hour Of The Wolf and the first single with rhythm guitarist Noah Koll and bassist Henry Dillon who joined the band in 2020
