Muhammad Abid Khan Atozai (Urdu: محمد عابد خان اتوزئی) is a Pakistani entrepreneur, digital media strategist, and public figure based in Dubai and Islamabad. He is the Co-founder of Jaaidad.com., a pioneering real estate and proptech platform in Pakistan, and serves as the Managing Director in a Building Contracting LLC in Dubai, UAE.

Early Life and Education

Abid Khan Atozai was born in Mardan Cantonment, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He belongs to the Atozai sub-clan of the Mandokhel lineage, under the broader Kakar Pashtun tribal confederation. The Atozai have a strong presence in Zhob, Qila Saifullah, Quetta, and also in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (particularly Khweshgi, Nowshera and Mardan), where they are known for their involvement in real estate, construction, and local politics..

He is a descendant of Sheikh Ahmad Baba of Khweshgi, a respected religious scholar whose shrine is still located in Nowshera.

Abid completed his higher education at the University of Peshawar, where he studied disciplines related to business, public leadership, and media.

Career

Abid Khan Atozai is the founder of Jaaidad.com, one of Pakistan’s first full-spectrum PropTech platforms. The company handles all aspects of real estate, including land acquisition, society development, marketing, and post-sale support. Since its inception, Jaaidad.com has delivered over 20 real estate projects across Mardan, Swabi, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Islamabad.

He also manages Hajr Al Hubb Building Contracting LLC, a construction firm in Dubai, UAE, focused on delivering commercial and residential building solutions
