Marimo is an Estonian luxury fashion brand that has been operating since 2010. Its founder, creative director, and designer is Mariliis Pikkar. Since 2014, the brand's boutique and atelier have been located in Tallinn's Old Town (Müürivahe 17).[1]
Described by Femme.ee as a brand that has "won the hearts of elegant women around the world," Marimo is known for its timeless silhouettes and refined, classic design language.[2] Marimo follows the principles of slow fashion, with all garments made-to-order and made-to-measure in their Old Town atelier in Tallinn.[3][4]
Marimo also produces educational content for their YouTube channel, focusing on building a capsule wardrobe, styling clothes, and sustainable fashion.[5]
In 2019, Marimo received support from Enterprise Estonia (EAS) for developing the export capacity of creative companies.[6] , they received support from EAS for implementing a development plan for creative companies. As of 2025, Marimo has exported to more than 20 countries.[7][8]
Marimo has designed dresses for former president Kersti Kaljulaid[9] , the head of the President's foreign affairs office for an official visit to the Swedish royal court,[10] as well as for influencer Anna Bey[11]
