Kilde is an investment company based in Singapore and it has another office in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The company operates as a regulated private debt investment platform, raising debt capital from institutional and accredited investors for online lending companies.[3] The company is used by credit funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to discover and invest in high-yield income-generating assets.[4]
Kilde is one of Singapore's largest crowdfunding platforms. The Monetary Authority of Singapore fully regulates it as a securities crowdfunding operator for accredited investors.[5][6]
The platform simplifies the investment process, from onboarding and deal discovery to portfolio management, offering real-time dashboards and automated deal selection through its proprietary AutoInvest function. By eliminating traditional barriers like high minimum investments and extensive due diligence requirements, Kilde democratises access to private credit investments, saving investors substantial transaction costs.[7]
History
[edit]Kilde was founded in 2019 by Radek Jezbera,[8][9] Oleg Kryukovskiy, and Ilgvars Jecis.[10]
In 2021, it was one of the 16 startups chosen by the Abu Dhabi-based tech ecosystem Hub71 with funding and market access in the United Arab Emirates.[11] The same year, the company raised US$450,000 led by Purple Ventures in the pre-seed funding round, supported by Startupbootcamp Fintech Dubai. It became the fourth member of Alta Exchange (Formerly HGX), a member-driven private securities exchange platform.[12][13][14][15]
In 2022 it had closed a pre-Seed funding round of US$350,000 bringing its total funding to US$830,000.[16] The same year, Kilde had launched an alternative investment comparison website targeted towards the Singaporean market.[17][18] During that year, Indian based startup Reevoy raised US$6 million from Kilde.[19]
In 2023, Kilde received a US$1,115,000 seed round investment from Big Sky Capital, Borderless Capital, AXL Ventures, and angel investors.[20]
Mont Kilde Private Fund
[edit]In 2025, Mont Kilde Private Fund launched, focusing on non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) in emerging markets where Kilde became a technical advisor.[21]
