Dr. Keya Bayramova (born 20 February 1975) is a Turkmen-born businesswoman, philanthropist and cultural advocate based in the United Arab Emirates and Canada. She is the founder of the Durdy Bayramov Art Foundation and the Bayramov Museum, which focus on preserving Central Asian art. Bayramova has worked in human resources, education, real estate, and community support services across several countries.

Early life and education

Keya Bayramova was born in Turkmenistan on 29 February 1975. She is the daughter of Turkmen artist Durdy Bayramov, whose artistic legacy she supports internationally.[1]

She earned a Ph.D. in Management from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, focusing on female leadership in the UAE. Her other qualifications include a Master of Business Management, a Bachelor of Economics and Management, a Nonprofit Management Certificate, and certifications in Responsible Business Conduct and Forced Labour.

Career

Keya Bayramova began working in hospitality, then transitioned to recruitment and entrepreneurship. In 2005, she established People Link for Human Resources Consultancies LLC in Dubai. She later became CEO of Green Home Real Estate Broker LLC and expanded her involvement in UAE-based enterprises, including Professional Line Building Maintenance LLC, Parent Concierge Project Management Services LLC, the Durdy Bayramov Art Foundation in Toronto, and the Bayramov Museum.

She has been involved in recruitment efforts for major regional projects such as the Burj Khalifa, Atlantis The Palm, and Dubai Marina.

Philanthropy

Keya Bayramova supports vocational training for blue-collar workers in their home countries and funds cultural and social programs through her foundation. She has also promoted women's participation in sectors with low female representation.[2]

Keya Bayramova has curated international exhibitions and presentations of Turkmen and Central Asian art. Personal life

Keya Bayramova is the daughter of Durdy and Dunyagozel Bayramova. She has three sisters and is the mother of three sons. She founded Parent Concierge in Dubai, a relocation services firm that supports expatriate integration.
