Jude Cook is a British novelist who is the author of Jacob's Advice (2020)[1] and Byron Easy (2014).[2][3][4] He is the founder of book publishing company Conduit Books, which specializes in serving male authors.[5][6]

Career

Cook published Byron Easy in 2014. The novel follows the personal life of Brian Easy, a poet with a deteriorating marriage.[4][2][3] Six years later he published Jacob's Advice.[1]

Cook has written for The Guardian and the Times Literary Supplement. In 2025, he announced that he was founding an independent book publisher named Conduit Books, which he said would initially specialize in serving male authors.[6]
