Jeeves Inc. is a global financial technology company that provides corporate charge cards and cash management solutions tailored for international businesses and startups.[1][2]

Jeeves cards are business charge cards that offer credit lines in local currencies without personal guarantees.[1] The company partners with regulated financial institutions to issue cards and facilitate cross-border payments in over 20 countries.[3]

History

Jeeves was founded in 2020 by Dileep Thazhmon.[4] The company launched following its participation in Y Combinator’s Summer 2020 batch.[4]

In September 2021, Jeeves raised $57 million in a Series B led by CRV, with investors including Tencent and Silicon Valley Bank, at a valuation of approximately $500 million.[5]

In March 2022, Jeeves announced a $180 million Series C round led by Tencent, valuing the company at $2.1 billion.[1][6] The round also included participation from Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, CRV, Stanford University, Silicon Valley Bank, Clocktower Ventures, Gaingels and Spike Ventures.[1]

In July 2023, TechCrunch reported that Jeeves surpassed $40 million in annualized revenue and launched prepaid cards and cross-border payment services.[3]

Jeeves is backstopped by high-profile investors, such as Tencent, Andreessen Horowitz, CRV, GIC, and Silicon Valley Bank.[7][8]

As of mid‑2023, the company operates in 22–24 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the U.K., and had raised over $380 million in combined equity and debt financing.[3][6]
