Isidro Pimentel Galban (born May 15, 1961), better known as Sid Galban is a Filipino politician. He is the incumbent vice governor of the Aurora province, elected in May 2025. He served as Board Member province of Aurora from 2019 to 2022.<ref> As vice governor, he acts as the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, or the provincial board or legislature, of Aurora province.

[edit]He is a son of Aurora province residents Angel Galban and Luisa Pimentel.
He married Marivic Acosta. Out their marriage were born three children, Department of Education Assistant Secretary Dexter A. Galban, Aurora province Board Member Jake A. Galban, and surgeon Jeff A. Galban
Professional life
[edit]He is a former professor of National University (NU) and former practicing civil engineer and sanitary engineer.
Political career
[edit]He ran for Board Member of Aurora province in the 2019 Philippine general elections under the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino (LDP) He won and served from 2019 to 2022, handling the Committee on Tourism and Committee on Public Works, Infrastructure, Electrification, Transportation And Communication.
He ran in the 2025 Philippine general elections and won as vice governor of Aurora province alongside Reynante Tolentino as governor.
