Dinesh Chandra Thapaliya is a prominent political aide serving as secretary to Dr. Shekhar Koirala, a senior leader of the Nepali Congress^[1] and Member of Parliament.

Early life and education

Dinesh Chandra Thapaliya was born on August 28, 1986, in the Dhading district of Nepal. He completed his MA degree from Tribhuwan University.
