Bulut BAĞCI
Bulut Bağcı is a Turkish tourism executive and the President of the World Tourism Forum Institute (WTFI), a global tourism think tank headquartered in London.[1][2]

Early life and career
[edit]Bağcı was born in Turkey. He completed a bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul in 2009.[3]
He began his career in the hospitality industry and held key positions in international tourism investment projects, including collaborations with Hilton International.[4] His early work contributed to tourism development across parts of Africa and the Middle East.[3][5]
In 2015, he became the President of the World Tourism Forum Institute. Under his leadership, the Institute launched the Global Tourism Forum, an international series of summits and events designed to promote sustainable tourism, investment, and public-private cooperation. Events have been held in countries including Turkey, Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, and Indonesia.[6][7]
In November 2022, Bağcı was appointed as the Honorary Consul of Gabon in Antalya, Turkey.[8]
