Alkerden is a planned neighbourhood within Ebbsfleet Garden City,[1] located in North Kent.[2] The development is designed to be a vibrant, sustainable community featuring a mix of residential, commercial, and educational spaces. History

Alkerden is part of the broader Ebbsfleet Garden City initiative, a long-term project aimed at creating a sustainable, mixed-use community in the Thames Gateway.[3] The development commenced following planning approvals in 2021, with various phases underway.[4]
